Stay hydrated and enjoy a refreshing drink with this Ultima Hydration Beverage. Made with electrolyte-rich Ultima powder, this lemon drink quenches thirst while quickly restoring the body’s hydration.

My go-to afternoon hydrating beverage
Hydration plays a huge role in daily well-being. When I’m under-hydrated I notice headaches, low energy, and sluggish muscles. Plain water is ideal, but sometimes I want something with more flavor and electrolytes — that’s when I reach for Ultima.
I discovered Ultima on social media a few years ago. It’s an electrolyte powder you mix into water for a fast hydration boost. Their powders contain no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, zero calories, and zero carbs, yet they taste bright and flavorful. Ultima comes in many flavors — lemonade, grape, cherry pomegranate, blue raspberry, and more.
Since I started using it, I’ve had an Ultima drink nearly every day. It helps me feel refreshed and properly hydrated. My favorite is the lemonade flavor, and I often add a few simple extras to make a bubbly afternoon drink.
Below I share my easy lemon-lime version that’s bubbly, refreshing, and loaded with electrolytes.

Ingredients in this Ultima hydration beverage
This is the drink I make almost every day — a simple, flavorful way to support hydration. I enjoy it after a tough workout or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
Start with Ultima Replenisher Lemonade powder, mix it into water, then top with seltzer for sparkle. Garnish with citrus and serve over ice for a refreshing finish.
- Ultima Replenisher Lemonade: 2 scoops.
- Water: 16 oz (2 cups) regular water.
- Seltzer water: 1 can lemon or lime seltzer, split between glasses for bubbles.
- Fruit slices: Lemon or lime slices for garnish.
- Ice: Serve chilled over ice.
- Straw: Optional for easy sipping.
Made with 6 key electrolytes
Ultima contains what the brand calls the “Mighty 6” electrolytes and trace minerals: calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium. These minerals support hydration and bodily functions such as nerve signaling, muscle contraction, and overall fluid balance.

Suitable for many dietary preferences
Ultima works well with a variety of diets — keto, paleo, vegan — and is appropriate for most ages. It’s often useful for people recovering from illness who need to stay hydrated and is considered safe for pregnant or nursing people. As always, consult a healthcare provider with specific medical questions.
The perfect mocktail mix
Ultima also offers mocktail-style powders, like Coconut Pina Colada and Appletini Mocktini. These options provide a fun, icy mocktail that’s non-GMO, calorie- and sugar-free, caffeine-free, carbohydrate-free, and gluten-free. Their hydrating formula can also help reduce the severity of hangovers when you choose to drink alcohol.
Try the on-the-go travel packs
Ultima is available in canisters for daily use and single-serve travel packets for convenience. I use the canister at home and keep packets in my bag when traveling for easy hydration anywhere.

Recipe Tips
Can I drink hydration powder every day?
Yes. While plain water remains essential, daily use of a hydration powder like this one is generally safe for most people. If you have health concerns or specific conditions, check with your doctor.
Can I drink this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Ultima is formulated to be suitable for a wide audience, including pregnant or nursing people. If in doubt, consult your healthcare provider.
How often should you drink electrolytes?
Electrolyte drinks are particularly helpful after intense exercise, during illness, or whenever you need to support fluid balance. They help your body use the water you drink more effectively. Ultima provides a lower-sodium alternative to many conventional sports drinks and offers pleasant flavor without added sugar.
