These turnovers feature a crisp cheese shell filled with a lightly sweetened cream cheese mixture and a few pieces of diced peach. I finish them with a dusting of low-carb powdered sweetener and a pinch of cinnamon for an irresistible treat.

Ingredients
- 6 mozzarella or Jack cheese slices
- ¼ cup diced peach
- ⅓ cup (about 2½ ounces) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- ½ tablespoon heavy cream
- ½ tablespoon sour cream
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons powdered low-carb confectioners sweetener (divided)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, lemon juice, and 1½ tablespoons of the powdered sweetener. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Place the cheese slices on the prepared sheet and bake 5–8 minutes, until the edges begin to brown. Remove and let cool 1–2 minutes (keep the oven on).

Spoon about 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture near a corner of each warmed cheese slice and top with 2–3 pieces of diced peach. Fold the cheese into a triangle and press the edge to hold it closed. It may not fully seal yet but will once returned to the oven.

Return the turnovers to the 375°F (190°C) oven and bake 2–3 more minutes to warm the filling and help seal the edges. Remove and let cool until firm, about a minute or two.

Sprinkle the turnovers with the remaining 1½ tablespoons of powdered sweetener.

Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon and serve warm or at room temperature.
