Tender-crisp honey garlic roasted carrots make a wonderful side. The oven does most of the work while you prepare the rest of the meal. For extra richness, brush with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.

Ingredients
- 8-10 medium carrots
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, granulated garlic, and oregano.
- Peel and rinse the carrots, then arrange them in a single layer on a baking dish.
- Pour the honey-soy mixture over the carrots, reserving about 2 tablespoons.
