How to Make Peanut Butter Butterfinger Balls

These candy bites are quick and simple to prepare. Combine powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, crushed Butterfinger bars, and crunchy peanut butter until the mixture comes together. Roll into 1-inch balls, chill, then dip in melted chocolate candy coating. Set the dipped balls on parchment or wax paper until the coating hardens.

  • I used crunchy peanut butter for texture; use creamy if you prefer a smoother bite.
  • Make them several days in advance and keep in an air-tight container until serving.
  • Decorate with any color sprinkles for holidays, birthdays, or team colors.
  • Yield is about 3 to 4 dozen, depending on ball size.
  • Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for best freshness.
  • These freeze well and can be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature for a day or two.
  • Properly stored, Butterfinger Balls will keep for about a month in the refrigerator.
