{ Whole Wheat Cheese Crackers }
Secret Recipe Club
I enjoy recreating store-bought foods at home so I know every ingredient that goes into them. Homemade versions of favorite convenience foods can be comforting and often healthier. These Whole Wheat Cheese Crackers are one of those projects — simple, satisfying, and great with a bowl of tomato soup.
I don’t make everything from scratch, but when I take the time to make something I normally buy pre-made, it’s worth it. These crackers turned out a bit softer than typical store-bought crackers, but they were still delicious. Next time I may bake them a touch longer if I want a crisper result.
These Whole Wheat Cheese Crackers come from Manus Menu and were chosen for this month’s Secret Recipe Club assignment. Manus Menu has many tempting recipes — I’m especially looking forward to trying their gnocchi sometime.
