Thick, creamy and packed with antioxidants, this is my go-to breakfast smoothie that keeps me energized well into the morning.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Small handful baby spinach
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with a little more almond milk if desired. Taste and add a touch more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
Serves 1–2.
